主要從事人類疾病斑馬魚(yú)模型的建立及基于斑馬魚(yú)模型的藥物活性毒性評(píng)價(jià)與新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)工作,于2006年建立了國(guó)內(nèi)首個(gè)基于斑馬魚(yú)模型的藥物篩選平臺(tái),在斑馬魚(yú)疾病模型的構(gòu)建及藥物早期成藥性評(píng)價(jià)方面做了大量的開(kāi)拓性研究工作,帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)先后建立了包括腫瘤、心血管疾病、神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病等40多種人類疾病斑馬魚(yú)模型。
